Managing key accounts in the German, Austrian and/or Swiss retail market for A-Brands & B-brands in the homecare market. Sales increase through growth of existing and acquisition of new customers, looking for new opportunities and alternatives. Maximize profitability of all commercial actions. Implementation of customer plans and key account strategies for dedicated customers Yearly negotiations experience with retailers, analysis of current conditions and how to improve them. Develop a strong relationship to key clients and enable a constant communication to all dedicated customers. Develop tools and contacts to manage Private Label business with main customers. Support in the development of KAM tools, business, and budget-plans Frequent and permanent reporting to Sales Director DACH and also to International Head Quarters.
